Michael Kock, Dr.rer.nat., Dr.jur.

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience creating and implementing holistic intellectual property strategies to drive innovation. His championing of collaborative innovation is paramount in enabling Inari to overcome hurdles and expedite positive change for the global food system. 

Before joining Inari, Michael was head of intellectual property at Syngenta for more than 10 years and senior IP counsel with BASF for 10 years. 

He received his D.rer.nat. in molecular biology from Hamburg University (Germany) and a Dr.jur. in law from Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany), and is a qualified European and Swiss patent attorney.
