Pierre-Etienne Boin

With thirty years of global experience, Pierre-Etienne is an international attorney with expertise in corporate and agribiotech law. He leads all law affairs at Inari, managing a team focused on Legal and Compliance, Intellectual Property, Regulatory, and Government Affairs.

Before joining Inari, Pierre-Etienne was General Counsel for Seeds and Biotechnology globally and Deputy Group General Counsel at Syngenta in Switzerland, and previously he held several roles of increasing responsibilities at Sandoz and Novartis in several countries and regions. He earned a Master of Law from University of Fribourg in Switzerland, a Master of European Law from ULB University in Belgium, and completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

He is admitted to the Bar in Switzerland and registered with the Massachusetts Bar.
